A recent graduate of San Diego State University where he studied marketing and communications, Californian born and bred Cole Patterson arrives at Origin with a raw passion to focus on what stood out most during his time at college - the 'creative side' of sales and marketing.
A keen sportsman since he was young, Cole understands the value of leading from the front, embracing competition and working as a team to overcome obstacles. Combined with having real world retail sales experience also under his belt, Cole ticked every box we were looking for when we posted the role.
When asked what appealed to him about Origin, Cole replied "I applied to Origin knowing how I feel about advertising and how ineffective it can be. Origin attacks that issue and after meeting the people who run the show, I knew I would fit right in. I am very excited to work for a company changing how the world of advertising works."
When we started our search for a 'Sales Associate', the first thing we agreed on was that we "wanted the right person, not the right resumé". In other words, we were looking for someone who already possesses the 'unteachable' skills that are required to be successful and we are confident that we have found that with Cole.
