Chris is a strategic operating executive with deep experience in digital media, eCommerce, and technology-enabled marketing services. As Chief Business Development Officer at JEGI LEONIS, he advises on mid-market M&A transactions, leveraging a career that includes leadership roles at Yahoo, Sonobi, and MediaMath.


Chris has expertise in sales management, corporate development, and data-driven omni-channel marketing, with a strong understanding of SaaS business models and valuation strategies. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of New Hampshire.

Peter Naylor joins Origin Advisory Board

Peter Naylor

Peter is a globally recognized advertising leader with a track record of driving growth and innovation across streaming, social, and traditional media.


He has held leadership roles at Netflix, Snap, Hulu, and NBCUniversal, where he scaled Hulu’s ad business to $1.5B and more recently launched Netflix’s global ad-supported business. Recognized with IAB’s Lifetime Achievement Award, Peter now serves as a board member, advisor, and investor, helping both technology startups and purpose-led nonprofits grow and thrive.

John is a senior sales, management and executive leader with over 35 years of experience in technology and digital media.


Having led global sales, partnerships, and marketing teams through major transitions, including multiple acquisitions and integrations, John now draws on a depth and breadth of knowledge attained through leadership roles at Microsoft, Yahoo, Verizon Media, Edgecast, Edgio and Captify to advise media organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University and has served on the North America Board for the MMA and as a MIXX Awards judge for the IAB.

With a background serving as legal counsel for Apple, Amazon, the Jimi Hendrix family and Napster, Jerry is currently General Counsel for DistroKid. In his free time, Jerry sits on boards that span nonprofit music, film and the arts, helping them fulfill their mission of enriching the communities they serve.
