In a move that marks a major milestone for the six-year-old creative technology provider, Origin today announced the appointment of Michael Rosen as its first Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This strategic hire will strengthen Origin's position in the CTV advertising landscape by paving the way for accelerated growth and deeper market impact.
With over 20 years of experience in senior roles across numerous sectors of the advertising industry, Rosen has held leadership positions at major media and creative technology companies including Intersection, Foursquare, and AT&T - and brings with him a career track record that aligns with Origin’s belief in creative innovation, risk-taking, and bold leadership.
As CRO, Rosen will oversee Origin’s sales team as it works to optimize existing revenue streams, develop new sales channels and reimagine how the company engages with prospective partners. With a focus on building deeper trust, broader reach and tangible outcomes, Rosen’s sales leadership will help set Origin further apart from other creative technology providers.
With revenue increasing an average 76% year over year since Origin’s founding in 2019 and on the back of June 2025 being the company's strongest month on record, Rosen will also be sharing his expertise with its two founders, Stephen Strong and Fred Godfrey, as they plan future growth strategies in an increasingly competitive environment.
Rosen's appointment also signals Origin’s commitment to developing unique revenue models not seen elsewhere. His rare blend of creative instinct and operational discipline will help chart new revenue pathways and challenge the industry to think more progressively about performance-driven creative solutions on Connected TV.
