The announcement by Roku Inc. of their new Linear Program Guide is super duper overdue. I just have two questions for all my peeps out there -
1. How long will it be before this becomes their new 'Home screen'? They know content/app discovery sucks and they probably also know that channel guides are a great way to make it unsuck.
2. I know everyone else does it too, but is it really reasonable or fair to say that these channels are 'Live'? Does simply being linear and unskippable constitute live TV?
