While CES may indeed be shaping up to look a little different to what was planned (and hoped), that does not change the fact that new things will be revealed.
Here was just one thought shared by Origin's outspoken CEO & Co-Founder on what he thought (or more likely hoped) might emerge from the quasi-virtual conference this year:
“With both high-end and budget TV manufacturers continuing to double down on putting faster and more powerful chipsets in their Smart TV’s, I envision: A significantly larger spotlight being cast on the device’s ‘owned & operated’ streaming apps/channels; and a new approach to users being to use in-built cameras & microphones to have a truly immersive experience with the content they’re watching (imagine live streaming a concert or attending a virtual church service from your living room, but being able to ‘join’ the experience).”
